Blue Badges are for drivers, passengers or children with severe mobility problems and for those who are registered blind. The scheme allows badge holders to park close to their destination, but applies only to on-street parking.

Application and renewals for a blue badge must be completed online. If you are not able to complete this online application, please ask a family member or friend.

Alternatively, please contact one of the following libraries and they can book you an appointment with an ICT buddy who can assist you with applying for a blue badge in person at one of the libraries.
