On the day, Doves staff will be wearing polo tops and ID badges with the Doves logo on. They will wait at the front entrance with a Doves Banner.

- Entrance is free for every member of the family. Drinks and snacks will be paid for by Doves for the booked SEND child only. Other family members (parents/carers & siblings) who are attending the activity with their booked SEND child, will have to purchase their own snacks and drinks.

Doves Care & Support will contact parents/carers 3 days prior to the activity to complete a pre-assessment form. This will be done via a telephone call.

Doves Care are CQC registered so can provide personal care, if required.
Available for 10 SEND children aged 5-19 years + up to 3 family members each. There are 40 spaces in total for everyone. No more than 4 people (including SEND child) per family unit.
If you cannot attend the activity after you have booked, please contact the Aiming High booking team on 0300 111 8007 (option 2, then option 3) as soon as possible so your family's spaces can be offered to others.
